PR Genealogy Help @ the PR Library - DAR (21st Star Chapter of the D.A.R.)

Event Type: Other
Date: 5/17/2018
Start Time: 9:00 AM
End Time: 12:00 PM
On the third Thursday of each month, SEPTEMBER through MAY, representatives of the 21st Star Chapter of the National Society of the Daughters (DAR) are available to answer genealogy questions from 9:00 a.m. until Noon in the Library's second floor Reference Department.

The DAR (21st Star Chapter, National Society of the DAUGHTERS of the AMERICAN REVOLUTION) has been providing this service at the Library for over 35 years. As you work your way back, one generation at a time, these ladies of the DAR can help you search for information from many different sources– military records, cemetery records, census data, immigration forms, church records, marriage licenses, death certificates, school records, birth certificates - online and in print.

Please phone the Reference Department with questions, and to verify that the DAR representative will be at the Library on a particular date/Thursday.

Members of the Twenty-first Star Chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution present this opportunity.
